Service dog training

Are you interested in the life-changing help of a service dog?

Service dogs that come from a program can end up costing around $20,000 up front. This is an expense very few can pay, but I believe people still deserve access to life-changing help. Working closely with a trainer, and working with your dog on your own time, and on your own budget can be a much more accessible option.

As a disabled individual, accessibility is one of my top priorities here at Practical dog. I will work with each client to create an individualized approach to training their dog and work with their learning style. If there are ways to better accommodate you, I will always make an effort to meet those accommodations to the best of my ability. So never hesitate to ask!

Before we get started with training your service dog, we will schedule a short consultation. In this consultation, I will gather a little more information about your needs and inform you about the laws and protections regarding service dogs.
